The Apartment:
A single double bedroom is available in this large, 2-bedroom apartment in Croydon, South London. A small private patio, central heating, dishwasher, cable/internet, etc. A private car park with an allocated spot, and free street parking where visitors can also park. Utilities – gas & electric, broadband and council tax are not included in monthly rent price, which we’d split 2 ways.
No pets permitted.
The Location:
The apartment is located on Fullerton Road and in close proximity to East Croydon Station, which has quick train connections in London Bridge, Victoria, Clapham Junction, London St Pancras and more.

Male, late 20’s, working professional.
You:
Looking for respectful, social, flatmate who is responsible about rent and bills (split everything for common supplies, toilet paper, etc.) Perfect for a young adult or working professional who needs quick links into London.
When:
Apartment will be available May 1st for a 12-month lease. We would ideally like to have new roommate add on to the lease and sign by May 30th.
