A Clean & spacious double room with FREE PARKING, has become available in a beautifully presented house conversion, split level modern flat on a quiet friendly road, just 5 mins walk to Bellingham train station and 7 mins to Buses on Bromley Road. It is also a 5-minute walk from a selection of shops, supermarkets, gym, cinema & pub. The bedroom has a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers/wardrobe and bedding.
Looking for a friendly, clean and tidy, quiet professional tenant that will respect each other’s privacy as well as able to be sociable with myself from time to time :).
I am easy going & friendly, Currently working full time. Your privacy will be respected just as mine should be. You are very welcomed here.
The rental price is £700 PCM includes all bills, free Wi-Fi, council tax, Gas & electricity, Water etc and is for single occupancy only. (If you are a couple please message me privately, as price is different to what is advertised) No fees & and no pets. SMOKERS ARE ACCEPTED.
There will be a security deposit of £700 (you will receive this back at the end of your tenancy if no damages occur in the property)
You will only be paying for your references £30
Holding deposit of £175 (which will be put towards your first months rent)
