Hello

Our current housemate leaves us on 16th May so we are looking to move someone in quickly.

I am Andrew and my partner is Mita (Thai), we are very friendly couple and experienced with room rentals.

Also living with us is my 23yr old daughter Shonah and her dog Teddy, he is a Pom.

We run a fun friendly house, we all work and enjoy evenings together having a nice meal with conversation. Feel free to join us.

We have a nice West facing upstairs room in our house for a female only to join us and rent. You get to see some lovely sunsets. Put simply we all agreed that we don't want to live with a male, hence female only.

We don't smoke so we will only accept non-smokers and non vapers.

The room is large sized situated at the front of the property.

It has a new single bed in there, large canvass wardrobe and a single fridge, microwave and kettle too for your convenience.

We have usual tv packages Netflix, Amazon & Disney, which you can use in your room by linking in.

The sunroom has a large dining table and French doors that lead onto the rear garden.

Kitchen has usual equipment, oven, hob, washer, dryer, fridge, freezers and all mod cons.

Shared upstairs bathroom with shower enclosure and separate bath / sink area.

D/s Toilet off the sun room.

All bills are paid by us, gas, elec, water, council tax and included in your rent, wifi and tv apps are also included, hence its £550 per month.

You just buy food and cook it.

We like to keep things clean so would appreciate a similar tidy person to live with us.

We don't mind visitors but ask that they do not stay over or venture around the property.

You can bring stuff with you too, we have storage space in our spare bedroom for you to store items in.
