The current flatmate and I are are recent post graduates and keep the flat very clean and quiet. The ideal new flatmate will be a young female student or professional wanting a quiet place to live, that is clean.
We communicate directly with the landlord and they are very swift in resolving any issues. The property sits between lovely quiet neighbours, who take our bins out each week!
