Property is exactly same as what’s shown in video and the pictures, immaculate and very neatly maintained. It’s a lovely apartment building. No overcrowding like other shared properties where you will be sharing with 4 other individuals, this flat is only shared between 2 people.
1 bed flat 640sq ft area. 5 min walk from central line which takes to bond street in 20 min
In total 3 tube station nearest central line 5 min walk Piccadilly line 10 min walk
Ealing broadway 3 stops away. White city 3 stops away. Sainsbury Superstore 7 min walk Asda on move 5 min walk Lidl: 7 min walk
Living room is converted into room1 (blinds are there for the full size window which you see in the video), the 2nd is Master double bed room. Flat is fully furnished with air conditioner, dryer, washing machine, oven, microwave, hoover, freezer, wardrobe, IKEA shelves (ample storage space in shelves and wardrobe), working desk, working chair added though not shown in the video. Playstation and board games if you’re into them.
You can either work in your room from the working desk or use the co-working lounge in the building available 24/7.
You can choose among any of the below:
1. room 1(joint with living space): rent £830 (similar to a studio apt. separated kitchen and access to bathroom
2. Master bedroom room 2 (large double bed): rent £1080 Deposit: £1000 (or 1 month rent) Below amenities charges is included in rent (pics of amenities attached):
