I am a 22 year old teaching assistant, private renting a 2 bedroom ground floor flat. I have 2 indoor cats. I am looking for someone of a similar age to rent my second bedroom. This would include a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room. The bedroom is unfurnished. Rent is £800 this includes rent, gas, electric, water, council tax and internet.
