We have 4 bedrooms for rent in shared accommodation in the NG3, available for students and professionals. Rent is £135- £145 (depending on bedroom size) per week, excluding bills. Available for the academic year 2024/2024. Suitable for Students and professionals. Please DM for further information.
The house is over three floors and is a great location for access to the City Centre which is within walking distance or regular transport links are also close by.
Accommodation comprises a Spacious kitchen leading to a reception room which overlooks the garden. A downstairs WC completes the lower ground floor.
Stairs led to the ground floor with great-sized bedrooms, further stairs led to the first floor with two additional bedrooms and a bathroom. To the rear of the property is a low-maintenance garden with a slabbed area and borders including mature plants and shrubs.
Price: £135- £140 per person per week, bills shared amongst housemates.
