Room description
It's a furnished bedroom which includes a 4'6" double bed, a wardrobe type thing, a dresser, bedside table, lamp and some shelving.
The Property is a 1st floor 2 bed flat share, located 5 minutes from Archway tube/bus station and right next to Upper Holloway Overground. It has a separate Kitchen, a bathroom with shower, living room and two bedrooms. Gigabit fibre internet and a shared rear garden which gets a decent amount of sun.
There is street parking available for a cost, from the council.
The kitchen includes a gas hob with fan oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and a dish washer.
The Local area is residential and has the previously mentioned great transport links, access to several types of supermarkets. There are several nearby parks which are large enough to get away from traffic and one has outdoor gym equipment for free use, a little skate park and some game courts, there are also several local gyms within a few minutes walking distance. There are some great nearby pubs and restaurants catering to all different styles. Also quite a few community events happen in the area and there are several volunteering opportunities available.
I am Tom. LGBTQ+ friendly, I enjoy cooking, making stuff, music, art, PC and table top gaming, travelling. learning new things, different cultures, movies, TV, psychology, space, science.
I am a very laid back, friendly person. Easy to get along with and drama free. Bit of a tech/computer geek. I am self employed working as a Maker, streamer and developer, which I tend to do from my room so the living room is normally free. Guests/visitors are welcome. I am quite sociable but also like my own space as I do my own thing most of the time, but do like to share occasional dinner/movie nights etc.
I would like to find someone who wants to make my home into our home, not just a nameless tenant. Looking for a female flatmate. I have generally lived with women previously and its what I prefer. Other interests don't really matter, it's a flat ad, not a bff ad, just be a decent human being and I'm sure we'll get along well enough. Although any similar interests are obviously beneficial :)
I am offering a 12 month lease, and I have no maximum term in mind.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property, but as long as you smoke outside (or vape inside) then there is no problem on my end.

The room available for rent is £785 all in, no extra for tax/bills etc.
