Hey,

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Vita Student Nottingham for a Classic Room. It’s on the 8th floor and has a really nice canal view – great spot if you like a bit of peace and a view from your window.

The room itself is en-suite and fully furnished, with a comfy bed, desk, and plenty of storage. The location is super convenient, close to both the city center and the uni. With many planned social events each month its perfect for social. The building also has some good perks like a gym and study spaces, and all bills are included in the rent. The price is just 264£ pw.
