Hi

I have some very large rooms immediately available in shared facilities in London.

These fantastic rooms accept tenants in receipt of DSS and Universal credit.

These large rooms share a common kitchen and a common bathroom.

These rooms are located in South London (Balham, Tooting bec, Tooting Broadway) and in North London (Seven Sisters, Turnpike Lane, Boundsgreen, Wembley, Edmonton Green)

Please contact me directly ideally by whatsapp if you would like to organise a viewing of these fantastic rooms for one of your tenants in urgent need of accommodation in London.

The ideal potential tenants that I would hope you could introduce me to would have the following criteria:

1. Older than 35 year old

2. Already in receipt of universal credit or housing benefit

3. Already with a PIP

4. No pets (except for one cat which may be fine if the room has laminated floor)

5. No criminal conviction for violent crimeN

6. Not a user of illegal drugs

7. No a smoker of Marijuana

8. Not subject to the benefit cap (ie having a PIP or working part time)

9. Not a heavy drinker of alcohol (ie not an alcoholic), and

10. Without any dependent children.

Couples are welcome to apply as well as some have these rooms are exceptionally large.

Potential tenants who have a carer are also welcome to apply.
