Separate private from main house. So not a flat or studio this is a private ensuite room.
Monday-Friday only. 1 month minimum 3 months max £125for 5 day week. £500 deposit
References required.
Would suit tradesman or professionals going home for the weekend.

I will clean the room and put fresh bedding on over the weekend.
Room only, double room with ensuite.
No access to rest of the house.
No access to owners kitchen or washing machine.
Free WIFI. No TV.
Furnished with kettle, mini fridge, desk with chair, wardrobe, drawers plates/bowls/mugs/cutlery. All bedding and towels provided. Comfy chair.
Ensuite with shower, toilet, and sink.
You are welcome to bring your own toaster and microwave.
Property rules apply.
Owner rents a room in the main house and also another twin room short stays.
Short term only.
Owner lives in main house with friendly dog. No private parking. City on road parking which you pay for.
