Very large and bright bedroom ( Victorian house ), furnished with a chest of drawers, and an expansive built-in wardrobe complete with double mirrors.
Located at the rear of the house, the room promises tranquility and is bathed in natural light from a large window. It offers ample space for any additional furniture you might wish to add.
the bathroom has a large wall mirror and a lovely bath /shower. It is very bright and there are 2 windows !
* You will only share with just one other person ( Alana ), as the third bedroom has its own facilities.
Flat :
There is a huge spacious and bright living room, it is well-lit and inviting, boasting a large, comfortable sofa and an extendable dining table with chairs—perfect for social dinners or quiet evenings at home.
The large, sunny kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and washing machine.
Location:
Situated just off the bustling north code road in Clapham Junction, the flat is surrounded by an array of shops ( Tesco next door , Asda 24 hours, Lidl, Boots, TK Max etc. just 3 minutes walk , restaurants, and bars. Clapham Junction train station is a 8 minute walk away, ensuring easy commutes.
Additionally, a convenient bus stop ( bus 35 and 37) is located right in front of the flat.
You will be sharing with two full-time working professionals: one from Australia and one from Italy.
