Room description

This is a lovely 3 bedroom flat in a terraced house in a quiet road which is a 15 minute walk from Clapham Junction station and a 2 minute walk from the peace of Wandsworth Common on one side and a 2 minute walk from the restaurants and cafes of the Northcote Road on the other.

For the last year I have been living here with 2 flatmates who are sadly leaving due to changes in their circumstances (such as moving in with a boyfriend) and I am looking to stay here with new flatmates.

The landlord is keen for me to stay but I need to find 2 other flatmates and submit an offer by the 13th September.

As luck would have it a good friend Hanna, who I met when living and working in Uganda, is moving to London from Switzerland in a few weeks for a Masters course in Epidemiology and she is keen to move in to the flat as she has visited several times this year and loves it. She will take the smallest room.

The room that is available is the biggest and the occupant for that room will share a bathroom with Hanna.

All the rooms are on different floors of the house and there is an additional toilet which is next to the kitchen and on the same floor as the available room.

We are looking to make the flat feel like home. We are both houseproud and like to live in a clean space. We are looking for someone friendly who will want to share the occasional meal or glass of wine but also who is independent, We both like a good combination of social time and quiet alone time.
