I live in a 3 bedroom house in Lisburn area.

looking to share, the bedroom will be yours, the rest of the house is shared.

Downstaires:

large living room.

large kitchen/dining room.

Upstaires

1 large bedroom is myself.

1 large bedroom for renting.

1 small bedroom currently used for storage.

1 bathroom, it has a power shower above the bath.

Location:

On the front row of the estate, out the front is a road and fields.

Right outside.. literally 1min walk from my door is the bus stops.

Town service and main uslterbus to Lisburn/Belfast.

House:

A semi-detached house, there is no-one on the other side of the bedroom walls.

There is a good sized garden, also a shed in the back garden.

The Room:

Decorated in a light purple, more suited to a female rather than male.

There is a single bed, eome storage and a built in closet.

I have a spare double mattress, could easily get a double bed base.

If someone is looking to stay more long term.. we can re-decorate.

Other info:

TV in the living room just runs on an amazon fire stick.

I also have virgin fibre in the house, good quick internet if that matters to you.

In the kitchen there is alot of appliances.. too much to write all.

Main things: fridge, chest freezer, washer/dryer, gas cooker & microwave.

Rent will be the start of each month. (350)

Plus, contribute to the electric and heating, they are pay as u go meters.

very easy to monitor the usage.

Deposit of 250, this will be returned when your leaving, if no damages.
