1 Room and almost exclusive use to main bathroom to rent in the new development at Jessop Park available.

The room is currently furnished with a double bed, and wardrobe/ drawers.

There is a shared spacious Kitchen/ Livingroom with a small dining table. and Balcony that overlooks a park.

The centre is about 15-30 mins away.

There is a bus stop right outside that takes you directly to town. It also is close proximity to Morrisons and Aldi - aswell as the stores at imperial park.

There is a leisure centre swimming pool / gym approx 10 minute walk away.

There is no parking space but there is plenty of street parking and even a bike storage.

Rent covers all bills including council tax and internet. The apartment also has a washer dryer and dishwasher - so no debate over who does the dishes ☺️

I work from home most days but head into the office at least once a week. I have a very friendly affectionate dog Nala, she is a husky cross but she's very docile and loves people.

Looking for someone who is clean, social who loves animals and a similar personality - I play netball and generally very active - most evenings and weekends I'm out and about but also love to binge a series or a movie night.

Still in the process of decorating and adding colour to the apartment. If you have furniture you wish to include i can try and move things about to accommodate
