You have a new bedroom that has been totally refurbished and has a comfy double bed and furnishings. You would need to share the bathroom with me (though not at the same time :)

Only available to a non smoker, since I am.

There is a large private well maintained colourful garden, that your room overlooks, great for relaxing in the summer.

As for me, I am very easy going, chatty, friendly and enjoy movies, walks and heading to the beach in the summer months
