Room description
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease asap until June 30th.
5 minute walk to campus UoB gates, 12 minutes to Old Joe.
The house is off Dawlish and on a dead-end road so there's no traffic and is quiet.
Super close to Bristol Road and all the shops and restaurants, Aldi, Sainsbury's Local and Tesco Express 5 minutes away. Parking is available at the front of the property.
The room is super spacious with plentiful sunlight and a big built-in desk. on the ground floor. The room is furnished with multiple chest of draws, shelving and wardrobe units. And has a double bed.
There's a bathroom across the hall that has a basin and toilet that you'll only share with the other roommate on the ground floor and then two further bathrooms with showers are located upstairs for communal use.
Room available from 1 April until 30 June 2025, but depending on your circumstances, I would consider an earlier move-in date.
Bills usually total around £45.
All female students in the house are friendly, and currently at UoB, they are a mix of second and final-year students. I'm going to miss this house, the location is superb and you can get to class or the bus or Selly Oak station often in less than ten minutes!
I'm moving out because I'm relocating for a job after I graduate.
Council tax student exemption.
