Room description

Hello!

I’m moving out of my double room in a 3 bed flat, and we’re looking for a friendly and tidy person to take over my room. The room is very spacious and comes unfurnished, offering you the flexibility to make it your own. However, I’m happy to sell the current furniture (including a comfortable double bed with storage underneath, wardrobe, 1 chest of drawers , TV and a desk) at a very reasonable price if you’re interested. For that reason, the rent is cheaper than average and a real bargain given the location!

The Flat:

* Shared Areas: The flat has a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage (including a washing machine), and a separate bright and very spacious living room. On the 3rd floor (with a lift) the flat has a small balcony off the kitchen and a family-sized bathroom.

* Location: The flat is located in Brixton, just 5 minutes' walk from Brixton tube station (there are a couple of shortcuts) and close to local shops, cafes, and restaurants. The flat is part of a nice estate with community garden and the possibility to apply for off-street parking.

* Bills: Bills are split equally between flatmates, and they usually come to about £120 each per month.

The Flatmates:

You’ll be sharing with two friendly professionals in their 30s, both easygoing and respectful. With early starts and late deadlines, we have quite set routines. We enjoy socialising together but also respect each other's space.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who is clean, considerate, and easy to get along with. Ideally, a professional of a similar age to join our lovely flatshare!
