Joint tenancy, referencing done by estate agents. Minimum 12 months. Deposit is £663 and first months rent. Less than 5 minute walk from from Cabot circus and Bristol bus and coach station. Within 10 minutes from Montpelier train station. Plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs around. Close to the BRI.
Bills not included, around £200 a month for everything on top of rent.
I am a 26 year old female, I have lived in this flat for 3 years and am now looking for a new flatmate. It’s a great flat with private outdoor space which is great in the summer. I work full time in healthcare. Not suitable for someone who works from home. I enjoy cooking and listening to music at home or on the occasional night out. Happy to socialise with my flatmate but respect privacy. I’m clean and tidy and would like the same from my flatmate! Female preferred. Message if you’re interested or have any questions.
