The flat is in great condition and bright.
The location is good too with enfield town station only 12 min walk or 3 min bus ride (bus stop just across the street)
My flatmate is a young professional male from Czech with a pet named dolly that provides great therapy :)
I am moving out and want someone to replace my tenancy.
