The other occupants are the live-in landlord (female, 27) and her dog, a border collie.
This house is in the process of being sold, so the lodger agreement will proceed on a rolling one-month basis. In the event of a sale, you will be given a minimum of two weeks' notice to end the agreement. Please note that the lodger will need to facilitate viewings with reasonable notice during this period. The rent has been set below the typical market rate for similar rooms in this area to reflect these temporary arrangements and potential inconveniences.
