Upmarket stylish and spacious Victorian House with garden in quiet safe East Greenwich neighbourhood. Spacious bedrooms with large bathroom (shower and bath) and separate guest wc downstairs. 3 mins walk to station and 15 mins to London Bridge. Large fully equipped kitchen and 2 lounging areas. I am an architect and work from home 1-2 days per week. Looking for a professional housemate to share the house, who is tidy, respectful, somewhat social however also respects quiet time and personal space. A semi keen gardener would be a plus.
