This property provides excellent accommodation for both local and commuting workers as it is only a 13 minute walk to the train station and just 20 minutes to the High Street.

The property is split over two floors with a self-contained flat on the ground floor. The first floor contains two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom. The two occupants on the first floor share a kitchen furnished with two individual and separate fridge/freezers, a washing machine, microwave, twin hob and allocated kitchen units.

At the rear of the house, you’ll find access to a private rear courtyard.

The room includes a double bed, (mattress not included as a mattress is a personal choice), wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV unit and two bedside cabinets.

The room is only available for single tenants, “two's company, threes a crowd”. As a landlord I respect that my tenants require and need a safe and harmonious place to live, and I have an existing tenant that I have to be mindful of. The existing tenant you will share with is a young male from Nepal who has been living there since May 2023.

References will be required which will include the right to rent check if you are not a UK citizen, a credit check to ensure a clear credit history, (no CCJ's). A rent guarantee is also required from a UK homeowner who will also have to agree to a reference check.

Please do not apply if you cannot provide these as my rent guarantee insurers have to clear this.

No pets are allowed as it is a shared property.
