Room description
Room available in a spacious (rent stabilized!) 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Hudson Yards. The master bedroom and living room are giant and get lots of light. There’s a full kitchen with an eating area. The apartment is on the 6th floor in a modern building with a doorman, elevator, laundry room, gym, and rooftop. I don’t have great photos but I do have lots of videos that I’m happy to share.
I’m a nonprofit lawyer in my late 20s moving back to NY after a couple years away. I’ll be bringing living room furniture, so you’ll only need to furnish your bedroom (though furnished bedroom is also potentially an option - message for details). I typically work long days in the office and like to keep my living space neat.
