Room description
super quiet and cozy
Make sure to read everything thoroughly to make sure it suits:
- bills, cleaning every two weeks and, products total an extra £180/month from may to September
- october-April only: allow roughly £230/month extra
- not a party flat: occasional guests only pls (max 2-3 times/month, more by separate agreement)
- the Living Room is currently my office and gym and is not shared, it can be used when I travel by separate agreement
- I cannot put you on the council tax or the lease, but only a bill for a month or two if need be
The flat
- Fully equipped and furnished, wifi, dishwasher, washer
- Cozy, very traditionally decorated
- Fully fitted walk-in kitchen (shared with me) without a table
- Classic white building in very quiet attractive street
- closest tube is a 20mn walk but a lot of buses going to 3 different stations
- garden access by separate agreement, no noisy neighbors :)

Short stay options:
-Sept 10th till early/mid december (at £1850/month)
-6 months: £1700
-Viewings: sept 1st onwards: M-F 10am-1pm, sat after 3pm, sunday afternoon
I'm working "outside of the flat" usually in the afternoons and Saturdays. This will probably not suit someone who is WFH.
