Spacious, partly furnished double room (comes with single bed and large wardrobe) available in a modern-gated property 5 minutes walk from Addenbrookes Hospital and 2 minutes walk from the nearest bus stop. You couldn't ask for a better location if you work at Addenbrookes! There are fantastic bus links to city centre, and a parking space is available for the incoming tenant. The flat is shared with two female nurses, but the large bathroom is only shared with one. Open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, balcony, communal gardens, and lots of natural light. Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven/microwave, and washer dryer.
The ideal tenant is either a working professional or a mature PhD student/postdoctoral researcher (students please note that council tax will be shared evenly between all 3 flatmates). Viewing available in person or by video call, female tenant preferred, LGBTQ+ friendly. Initial contract of 6 months with option to renew. Ideally looking for someone to stay at least another year or so, but not a requirement.
