Hello, I am looking for a room in Birmingham city center in a residence with safe garage / parking. I travel a lot, so I am not often home (only 90 days in 2024) but I need a place where I can work from home when I am around (good internet, quiet, room with a desk). An en-suite bathroom would be nice. Proximity to New Street train station is a must. I do not smoke, I am quiet and easy going. Long and indefinite stay.
