Though not en-suite, you’ll have access to your own bath/shower room and toilet.
Room fully furnished with smart TV including Netflix and ample storage (new wardrobe, dresser and under bed storage).
The house is almost new with plenty of space, you’ll of course get shared use of the Kitchen / Living Room.
£650 PCM including bills (subject to reasonable use), returnable deposit of £650.
Single person only, occasional plus 1’s welcome.
