Looking for 2 more housemates for the next academic year (September 2025).
Spon End CV1. Student house with garden.
Rent is £110/week and all bills are included.
10 minute walk to the centre of Coventry, 15-20 minutes bus ride to the University of Warwick campus (bus stop right outside the house, very convenient). We have a BBQ grill and a table set in the garden (not shown in pictures). Our landlord is very friendly and she addresses any issues we have within 24 hours. Please let me know if you would like a tour.
One male and one female already living in two out of four of the rooms. We are looking for two more housemates to fill the two rooms (as each room has a double bed a couple can share a room). We are both University of Warwick students and are looking for 2 more students, from either Warwick or Coventry University (or any other local university). I will be entering my final year of university and my housemate will be starting her masters, so we are looking for study driven students, but from time to time we do like to go the pub together ect.
