The Spacious Living Area has a Juliette balcony, comfortable L shaped sofa and Dining Area with table and chairs.
As I work away and travel a lot my bedroom is mainly used as my storage space, so you will have the flat to yourself most of the time.

There is a local corner shop less than a minute walk, next to the local pub the Fountain Inn which has recently been fully refurbed and is really nice inside.
Within Walking distance to the City Centre, Digbeth Coach Station and local eateries and bars.
