Hi! My flatmate is moving out at the end of may so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in my 2 bed flat.
The flat:
A 2 bedroom fully furnished bedroom top floor flat on Annfield Street 5-10 minute walk from Dundee uni.
Double glazing and gas central heating. The room available has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
About me:
I'm a 20 yrs old girl currently a second year medicine student at Dundee, and I like to go out sometimes but also love to drink wine or watch a movie inside on the sofa! I also love to cook and bake! And keep the flat pretty clean :)
Availability:
The flat is available on or before June 1st, but I’m pretty flexible for when before that you move in!
Rent/Bills:
Rent is 450pcm, plus 50-60ish a month on bills ( gas, elec and WiFi) deposit is 550
