Room description

I have a nice double room available immediately in soverign harbour. The postcode is BN23 5AY.

I am a 55 year old professional single gay man with a varied career in events tour guiding and the NHS.

The room is a large double on the first floor and whilst not ensuite as such you would be the only user of the main bathroom as my office, bedroom and en-suite are on the floor above.

The house has a nice south facing decked garden and is 200 yards from the beach in a quiet cul-de sac with nice neighbours. I have a kyake and spare bicycles in the garage which you would be free to use.

The room is rented at £650/month inclusive of bills/wifi/council tax
