Room description
I've got two rooms to let on the middle floor of my modern 3-story house. My bedroom and home office are on the top floor together with the house bathroom. On the ground floor are a kitchen/dining room and a sitting room. There is a lawn to the front and a nice outlook over the village green. To the rear is a nice garden with patio area.
The room that is currently available comprises the master bedroom with a limestone-tiled en-suite bathroom and a separate walk-in dressing room. This is a very nice smart comfortable room. Dark laminate flooring with rugs.
There is a garage, and room for two cars on the driveway.
There is wireless broadband, and TV points in all rooms.
I'm a technical writer, and I expect to be away from the house for long periods. There is one other male housemate. I rely on my lodgers to look after the place while I am away. I do like to keep the house clean and tidy - no dirty dishes left 'til morning please! Not too much noise during the working week, and strictly no parties. The house is newish on a smart estate in Pool, which is just to the north of Leeds.
The rent is fully inclusive of council tax, water, gas, electricity, TV license, broadband. Professionals only - no students, children or pets, sorry! Couples - please ask. If this sounds like the sort of house you would be happy in, do contact me and have look!
