Room description
I am looking for someone to takeover my contract for an en-suite on campus at Chagford, St Germans for Term 2 to 4. (You may move in earlier if needed, e. g. late December) But it is only open to female students from the University of Exeter.
The flat is all female, postgraduate. Living room and kitchen is shared by 4 other girls. It is £202.1 per week, all bills included.
It is a 5 mins walk from the Forum and 15 mins from city centre. Please contact me for details if interested.
