Room description

Contract runs from the 1st July 2024 to the 30th June 2025. Rent includes water, gas, electricity, broadband, water, contents insurance and a TV licence.

£250 deposit required, move in date and first point of key collection is the 1st August 2024. You are required to pay half rent for July 2024 which allows access for storage of belongings during July 2024. There is an energy allowance for both gas and electricity of £800 per Tennant per annum.

In the event of a Council tax bill being served on the property during the tenancy, the tenant would be responsible for paying the bill.

On street parking, 20-25 min walk from the University of Liverpool, 1 min walk from the closest bus stop, plenty of bus routes into the city centre, 2 min walk from Lidl, Iceland and McDonalds.

Downstairs: 1st bedroom, spacious kitchen and living room including a dining room table and chairs, washer/dryer, 1st bathroom (toilet and shower), small outdoor patio.

Upstairs: 2nd bathroom (toilet and shower), 2nd bedroom, 3rd bedroom and 4th bedroom.

All bedrooms include: a double bed, a set of pull out draws/bedside table, a desk and chair and a wardrobe to hang clothing items.

The other 3 tenants will be 2nd year students at the University of Liverpool; one studying sociology and two studying politics. Rooms have not yet been allocated. The other tenants are clean and tidy and would enjoy engaging in conversation with whoever they are living with.
