You'll be living on a nice street with excellent access to the city. The center is 7min by car and less than 18min by bus, and the bus stop is only a min walk from the house. There's also off-street parking at the door.
NO DEPOSIT, NO RISK
You won't be asked for a deposit. I just ask for two months' rent to start with, with no charge for your final month.
