Room description
Hi - I've got a lovely, recently renovated bright and spacious 4-bedroom house on a nice road at the end of Filton Avenue in North Bristol, near the M4/M32 junction. It’s under 10 minutes walk from Airbus etc., and 20 minutes by bus from the Centre of town, with great free parking both on the street and in a useful off-road area at the back.
The whole house is fully furnished with a nice modern décor, including a large kitchen with a lovely open-plan eating and living area. There is a separate toilet and washroom downstairs, and a big shower/toilet/washroom upstairs with large-head power-shower and all mod cons, gas c/h, etc.
I will be looking for someone to rent a small, but nicely furnished single bedroom, when one of the current house-mates will be moving on in the autumn. All the bills are paid for, including Council Tax, wireless fibre-optic internet, TV and licence, etc. so that you don't have to set up or pay anything over the basic inclusive rent, which is £450 per month. Basically you're getting all the advantages of a beautiful 'upmarket' house at a much lower rent, because it's a small room.
