Room description

I'm subletting my room in Gants Hill (7 minutes away from Gants Hill tube station – Central line) for 3 months from May 7th. The move out date is negotiable, for those interested since August there will be another room in the flat available for the long term contract.

The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk and clothes rack (and ultrafast wifi!). There's also a back garden. You'll be sharing with 2 flatmates, Anna (illustrator) and Kate (photographer) who are mostly either at work or away for business trips, so the place is very chill and quiet. In terms of accessibility, the flat is on the ground floor with the stairs. The price for a month is £800 with all bills included.
