This large 4-bed professional houseshare is close to Gateshead town centre and very close to Coatsworth Road - a main bus route into Newcastle (10 minutes).
Rent includes the cost of a weekly cleaner, council tax, water rates, tv licence and fast 50-meg broadband access throughout the house. The rent does not include gas and electricity - budget for up to around £60 a month to cover both. You would be sharing with full-time professionals.
