SMART double attic room available in immaculate refurbished Victorian terraced house in Woodbine Street, Gateshead - just 5/10 minutes' walk from Gateshead Metro.

The house is also close to Saltwell Park and is just 2 miles from Newcastle city centre.

This large 4-bed professional houseshare is close to Gateshead town centre and very close to Coatsworth Road - a main bus route into Newcastle (10 minutes).

Rent includes the cost of a weekly cleaner, council tax, water rates, tv licence and fast 350-meg broadband access throughout the house. The rent does not include gas and electricity - budget for up to around £60 month to cover both (they are on pre-payment meters, so you don't get bills through the post).
