I am a student looking to book a 1 bed-1 bath for the period from 30th August 2025 to 30th August 2026, and I have a budget of approximately £700-£775 per month (price is somewhat negotiable). I am particularly interested in flats that meet the following criteria:
Ensuite bathroom
Suitable desk for work
Within my budget range
Near University of Glasgow
I am writing to request you notify me if any properties become available that fit these criteria in the coming months.
Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether the prices of such available properties include utilities such as water, electricity, and internet.
I would also be grateful if you could provide further information on the following:
The contract length and whether I can choose to rebook for another year if I decide I want to keep living here.
Whether there are any student discounts or promotions available for long-term bookings.
Whether there are any additional fees (e.g., for maintenance, cleaning, or parking).
The payment structure (monthly payments, deposit requirements, etc.).
Whether the flats are furnished or unfurnished, and if furnished, what is included (e.g., bed, desk, kitchen appliances).
The location of the property in relation to University of Glasgow, public transport, supermarkets, and other essential amenities.
Any security measures in place, such as secure entry, CCTV, or on-site staff.
Availability of communal spaces (e.g., study areas, lounges) and any restrictions or guidelines for tenants.
Details about laundry facilities—specifically, is there a laundry room on the premises? If so, how is it operated (e.g., card or coin-operated machines, circuit system, etc.), and what are the opening hours?
