The flat is set in a secure gated community just a minute walk to Hackney Downs Station and about 3-4 minutes to Hackney Central (both Zone 2) and numerous buses giving easy access to the city and Central London. There is a small Tesco just around the corner and a big Tesco store a few min walk. Also, cafes, banks, shops and restaurants are very close by.

There are two bathrooms in the whole apartment and so you'd only need to share bathroom with one other person.

There an open plan kitchen lounge with all the necessary appliances and utensils and a shared living room.
