1 single room available in end-terrace house 7min walk away from the Queen Elizabeth, 10min walk away from UoB Medical School, 15min walk away from University Station. This area is quiet and safe. The Harborne High Street is about 10min away (walking). There is a small parking lot shared by street, and also on-street parking nearby.

The kitchen hob was replaced just last year, and the kitchen has a 2 fridge-freezers, microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is a new dryer (replaced this year), and washing machine which was replaced 2 years ago.



Rent includes broadband and gardening. Bills are about £45-60 per person, per calendar month (depending on how many tenants there are. Council tax Band C (shared amongst professionals)

The room available is a single room, located on ground floor (same floor as dryer/washer room and downstairs shower room).
