✔ Carpeted floor for a cozy feel (please note, we do not allow carpet removal)

✔ Kitchen: You will have your own cabinet, drawer, and a small storage space. Breakfast can be prepared together.
✔ Bathroom: Shared standing shower (no bathtub), with a separate storage cabinet for your toiletries.
✔ Living Room: Spacious with a large TV, central heating, and a comfortable seating area.
✔ Cleaning: Deep cleaning is done once a week, but you are expected to keep your space tidy.
About Us:
We are a professional couple, both lecturers, living with our two children (one in college, one in school) and our pet cat Smarty. If you love pets, you will feel right at home! However, if you have pet allergies, this may not be the right place for you.
