Double bedroom available in a 4bed house share on a quiet residential cul-de-sac street. 2 toilets, large shared kitchen, lounge & garden minutes away from central Coldharbour Lane with loads of various high street shops including ASDA, ALDI, Sainsbury’s, Tesco all easy walking distance some open 24/7 to suit all lifestyles.
Well connected travel routes:
Hayes & Harlington, Elizabeth line 10 -12 mins walk away with many surrounding shops of a high street & town centre on route. Heathrow Airport is 6mins away, Ealing Broadway 10mins & Paddington Station 20mins away.
Busses are plenty depending where you need to get to.

The house is expected to be quiet during the week with drinks and BBQ’s on the weekend (weather pending), we have both coal & gas BBQ’s & a pub style garden heaters for entertainment of friends when it’s not so summery. The lounge has 2 double sleeper couches (sleeps 4) for occasional friends or family sleep over’s as & when a need arises.
Seeking English speaking relaxed easy going house trained people who clean up after themselves. House rules! You find things tidy you leave things tidy and are stable meaning you have a job & can pay the rent. House cleaning is on an honesty bases and all housemates are expected to contribute equally. No exceptions as houses don’t clean themselves!
One month’s deposit required & contactable references.
Includes WiFi 6 / 500Meg broadband, Ctax, Gas, Elec, water.
I also supply all cleaning liquids & toilet paper ;o)
No agents/ Working household
No alcoholics nor drug addicts please as never goes well, save us both the hassle & look elsewhere.
