Welcome to our rental property located at the rear of our garden, offering a lovely space in a convenient location. With shared access to the expansive garden space, tenants can enjoy the lush surroundings and serene atmosphere, being 5 minutes from Blaise Park while also very close to The Mall shopping centre.
This self-contained unit features a private entrance via the side of the main property, ensuring privacy and independence. Residents will have access to convenient amenities, including a communal washing machine, tumble dryer, and a large freezer. All bills are inclusively covered, including WiFi.
A designated parking space on the spacious driveway ensures hassle-free parking for residents. We have also installed a new walkway to the property since the photos were taken.
The accommodation comes fully furnished with essential amenities, including a comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with a shower, fridge, TV, cooker, towels, plates, cutlery, and more. Privacy screen windows and external lighting enhance security and comfort.
As landlords, we reside in the main property with our 3-year-old daughter & new born son. While we occasionally utilise the garden space, we respect our tenants' privacy and keep to ourselves. A tool shed is located at the back of the property, which we would occasionally require access to but would not impact privacy.
