Looking for a Flat or House in the West Bridgford or Wider Nottingham Area to ideally (but not essentially) occupy solely or with maybe 1 other person starting in June as My current Landlord wants to take the house to convert it into a Flat for his sick old relative. I work from home doing shifts online between the hours of 9am-9pm currently as a Bereavement Counsellor and I also rent out my old house in Sheffield. So I am In a lot for parcel deliveries or other things that happen in daytime :)
I am friendly, clean(Particulurly good washer upper), and conscious of having a nice quiet and relaxing living environment and am in possession of a Mini Fridge, and in 14 years of living in my last place I never missed a Rent payment once and Current Landlord is willing to provide a reference.
