URGENT: I'm looking for someone to take on my tenenacy (I am not the landlord, but am looking for a replacement for the agency), it's £851.67/month. 1 bedroom with a private bathroom, on Elm Grove. Bills included, has a dishwasher, 2 washing machines, and 2 dryers, and has cleaners who come clean the communal spaces every 2 weeks (kitchens and laundry room). Lots of corner shops across the road and along with this, the bus stop is right outside, accessible via the 21, 22, and 23 buses. A walk away from 3 different pubs and a main street with lots of food options, bigger grocery shops, and more pubs. Bus rides away from the city centre and Marina where there are lots of fun activities to get up to! If interested, please contact me ASAP!!!
