Great Newton house IQ L35BB £150pw, all bills included. The room has been lovely, however, I’ve had to unexpectedly leave uni so it’s now available.
Located on the first floor, spacious en-suite room with a desk, under bed storage, wardrobe and several drawers. Has a shared kitchen with essential facilities such as a kettle, toaster, hoover and TV- separate onsite laundry room. Currently share with 4 other second year students. In a great position just a 5 min walk to both Ljmu, liverpool uni campuses and 10 mins to the royal hospital. Just a 3 min walk to lidl, with Good transport links, and 10 min walk to central shops and nightlife.
