Full run of flat and all bills included. A cleaner comes once a month and if you want to avail of her services this will be extra. Helping to keep communal areas clean is expected.
I am a semiretired teacher looking for a quiet considerate person. Females only please. No random people coming and going. Overnight guests allowed within reason.
I have a British Blue cat who can be very vocal at night. If you are a light sleeper this may impact you.
The flat is warm and cosy. Heating comes from the walls and cannot be adjusted.
